  This location only has an inside ATM. I usually bring my own pen as I have many checks to deposit. Occassionaly I forget to bring a pen. Months have passed and there are still NO working pens at this ATM. I don't understand how this location hasn't replaced their pens for their customers? I go every week to deposit checks and I happen to end up there today (Sunday) with a busy agenda and there were still no pens and the bank was not open. I had to go all the way home and get a pen. My best suggestion is not to go to this location as its not good customer service.

  I have been into many Wells Fargo's across the country, and this one is by far the nicest one I've been in. They were very fast and extremely friendly. Customer service seems to fall flat at other retail locations I've been at, but you can tell that they focus on it here. I haven't met one employee yet there that gave poor service. And to all you talking about coin machines...watch the news. All big banks got rid of them because the machines were miscounting and people starting suing over it. One Google search would show you that.
