  • Review of "U.S. Bank Branch" at Blaine

    I stopped in on Monday December 4th to open an account with this bank, walked in at 5:25 no one greeted me, had to walk in to the first person I saw and asked him who could help me open a checking account. He pause for a moment, pointed to a men that was sitting on his desk at the opposite end, and said you could ask that guy. I Walked to that guy and ask him if he could help me open a checking account, this guy turns and looks at his clock and said, “sorry I won’t be able to help we close in 30 minutes and it takes about 35 minutes to open a checking account” Really? That’s your excuse!!! Then you should close at 5:30 and not at 6. Or have a sign posted that states the hours you are available for new accounts. I been banking sith the same bank for 19 years and I always have a great experience, I wanted to open an account with US Bank but I just when back to Wells Fargo and opened a second account. I wonder how much business you lose for this flaw.

    I love this bank. I moved from a larger bank to Anchor years ago and have had zero issues. They are attentive and care. I had my identity stolen in February of 2017. Afraid they had too much info, and they did have everything (SSN, Birthdate, Address, etc...), so I called them and informed the bank. They immediately jumped on it to protect what is mine. Excellent service staff, friendly, and polite. I will bank nowhere else. Thank you Anchor Bank!

  • Review of "Stepping Stones Early Learning Center" at Blaine

    Staff and facility are great, quality menu, lots of field trips over summer along with other activities. Our child looks forward to going every day.Paula is amazing with the KR2 room. On the bad side, lots of staff turnover in the past year and a half, both front office and classroom. Tuition costs are upper end for the area so I expect staff to be retained better. ** I am updating this review to note that turnover has been much better as of late. If the current staff sticks around they are easily 4.5-5 star. Front staff has been there about a year now and things seem to be running much smoother since the change. If you a reading a review from over a year ago I wouldn't put much stock in it as many things have changed, for the better, somewhat expected for a brand new facility.

  • Review of "Guaranty Bank" at Blaine

    Definitely not the greatest tellers. Didn’t say a word to me after my deposit. No greeting either and the manager was standing 5 feet away. Took forever to make a cash deposit. I’m starting at a new bank that cares about customer service.
