  I stopped in on Monday December 4th to open an account with this bank, walked in at 5:25 no one greeted me, had to walk in to the first person I saw and asked him who could help me open a checking account. He pause for a moment, pointed to a men that was sitting on his desk at the opposite end, and said you could ask that guy. I Walked to that guy and ask him if he could help me open a checking account, this guy turns and looks at his clock and said, “sorry I won’t be able to help we close in 30 minutes and it takes about 35 minutes to open a checking account” Really? That’s your excuse!!! Then you should close at 5:30 and not at 6. Or have a sign posted that states the hours you are available for new accounts. I been banking sith the same bank for 19 years and I always have a great experience, I wanted to open an account with US Bank but I just when back to Wells Fargo and opened a second account. I wonder how much business you lose for this flaw.

  Such a well run Branch. All the employees are so helpful. Mike M the business banker is amazing. Hes so helpful and knowledgeable about his banks products.
